Terms of Service

PresenceFlow is a subscription tool that helps professionals plan content, draft articles and social posts with the help of AI, keep a record of their professional development, and publish a public profile page.

PresenceFlowdoes not post on your behalf to LinkedIn, X, Reddit or any other third-party platform. Content you take to those platforms is posted by you, under those platforms’ own terms.

You need an account to use PresenceFlow, and you must verify your email address before the product is available to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Accounts are for one person. Do not share your login with others.

You agree not to use PresenceFlow to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or organisation;
• misrepresent your qualifications, experience or professional development record on your public page;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the service, place unreasonable load on it, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages;
• resell or redistribute the service to others.

You keep ownership of everything you put into PresenceFlow and everything the product generates for you. We do not claim ownership of it.

To run the service, you give us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy and process your content so we can provide it back to you. Where you choose to publish content on your public page, that licence extends to displaying that content publicly and allowing it to be served to visitors, for as long as you keep it published. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies kept in routine backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for what you publish, including checking AI-generated drafts before you use or publish them. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed.

Access to PresenceFlow requires a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm your subscription. Payments are taken by our payment provider; we do not handle or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. We may change the price, and will give you notice before a change applies to your subscription.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings inside the product. Your subscription then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

We aim to keep PresenceFlow available and working well, but the service is provided as it is. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of faults, and we may add, change or remove features as the product develops. We do not offer a guaranteed level of availability.

The PresenceFlow software, brand, and the design of the product and its templates belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service; it does not transfer any of those rights to you.

PresenceFlow helps you produce and publish professional content. It does not provide legal, financial, career or other professional advice, and the credentials issued within the product are a record of what you completed inside PresenceFlow rather than an externally accredited qualification. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about the service.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PresenceFlow. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you through the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
